Two of Columbus’s premiere culinary & beverage institutions are teaming up for a one of a kind evening, a celebration of bourbon, beer, and food. Exclusive barrel picks from Watershed’s Fall Finishing series and curated Chef pairings from Kris Ludwig at WRB are matched with exclusive spirits and thoughtful beers. Two rare bourbon barrels, one beer, fourteen months, and a final blend that’s better than the sum of its parts. We aged Dire Wolf in two individual 8-year Willett Family Estate Single Barrel bourbon barrels: “Porch Swing” and “Celebrate Willett.” Over a year of aging imparted warming spice, vanilla and oak characteristics as complex as the barrels and spirits they once housed. 4-packs of Double Barrel Dire Wolf are dropping 2.24 exclusively in the Taproom at 12p alongside some fresh and vintage drafts! Cans will be available on premise only that day. We will release any remaining inventory to our online shop the following week pending we don’t sell out on the 24th!
