....Sours, Sorbets & Donuts is a public Taproom food pairing event & bottle release - no tickets required....!
Fruited sours go great with this summer heat, and we're excited to have two new infusions ready for release on July 20th:
Strawberry Swimming in the Mangrove (sour red ale aged in red wine puncheons and fermented with strawberries, $16.99)
Terre du Sauvage Blue (farmhouse sour with grapefruit, meyer lemon and tangelos, $12.99)!
Not only will these sours be available on draft and in bottles on the 20th, but we'll also be offering a special pairing collaboration with the kitchen: a Sour & Sorbet flight! Our kitchen team will be preparing special fruited sorbets to be paired alongside 3 sours. The pairing flight of 3 is $12 and includes:
Grapefruit Sorbet with Terre du Sauvage Blue
Strawberry & Rhubarb Sorbet with Strawberry Swimming in the Mangrove
Black Cherry Sorbet with Swimming in the Mangrove
THAT'S NOT ALL. We're also inviting our friends The Drunken Donut to the Taproom for a pop-up donut shop! Donuts made from each of the featured sours will be available to purchase and enjoyed alongside the brews.
This event kicks off at 12p when the Taproom opens. Bottles will be sold from a sales table first come, first serve. Sour & Sorbet pairing flights will be available to order from our serving staff while supplies last! The Drunken Donut will be setting up their pop-up shop and selling delicious beer donuts from 12p to 4p.
