Charcuterie + Beer Pairing

In honor of Columbus Craft Beer Week 2019, we're bringing together two of our favorite things in one event: craft beer and delicious charcuterie! We're teaming up with our friends at North Country Charcuterie to host a pairing event in our Hickory Room events space (no advanced ticket sales, this will be casual & open to the public to enjoy!). Guests will have the option to select between a flight of 3 or 5, which will pair a specialty WRB beer with a product from North Country (including accompaniments from our kitchen with each).


We'll open the Hickory Room up at 4pm, which will be set up with stations for guests to explore the different pairings with WRB staff and the owners of North Country! Charcuterie & beer pairing flights of 3 & 5 will be priced at $25 and $35, respectively (for flights of 3, guests can select any options from the 5 available). More details on the pairings below:

1. Sai Ua Sausage + Pack IPA

⇸ Thai Sausage with lemon grass and galangal paired with our bright, tropical American IPA and accompaniments from our kitchen.

2. Coffee Bacon + Night Method

⇸ Coffee cured and smoked pork belly paired with our espresso milk stout and served with accompaniments from our kitchen

3. Bresaola + Likewise

⇸ Whole cut, cured herbed wagyu beef paired with our American Lager and served with Italian accompaniments from our kitchen.

4. Lupo Salami + Canis Mexicanus

⇸Mole spiced salami made with our Dire Wolf imperial stout, paired with a spiced infusion of our imperial stout and accompaniments from our kitchen.

5. Hoguera + Feuer und Wasser

⇸Spreadable chorizo paired with our smoked helles lager and accompaniments from our kitchen.
