Throughout April we'll be releasing THREE exclusive barrel-aged sours at the brewery!
The first will be Terre du Sauvage Red on April 6th in the Taproom. TDS Red is a variant in our farmhouse sour series brewed with 40% rye and fermented and aged in oak barrels. Bright and fruity without being overly acidic, this balanced sour is a great gateway beer for anyone curious to begin exploring the style.
