Work hard, play hard. It's 2019 and we're ready to get in better shape without sacrificing the enjoyment of a pint or two!
Brandon Larkin, one of WRB's own, will be leading an hour-long workout in the Hickory Room that focuses on resistance bands and body weight exercises. This class will work on developing lean muscle through full body compound movements, burning tons of calories through high & low intensity cardiovascular exercises, and build a rock solid core with dynamic core exercises.
After the class concludes, WRB will supply guests with a complimentary pint and light hors d'oeuvres!
