Ever tried a sour or wild beer? Not all sour beers are created the same, nor are they all technically "sour" in taste. Please join us in the Hickory Room at Wolf's Ridge on Saturday, September 15th from 5 PM to 7 PM for a private symposium all about these wild brews! This class begins with an open forum and in-depth discussion on sour styles, their origins and the methods by which they are produced. Following this, guests will be guided through a tasting with a number of beers from our sour, oak barrel-aged collection!
We will conclude the class with a tour of our brewery, including our ever expanding sour program: The Mangrove. The class may end at 7, but everyone is invited to stay and to enjoy a complimentary beer from our draft list (a beer token is included in the price of the class)!
