Women's Brew Tapping Party & Fundraiser

Women's Brew Tapping Party & Fundraiser

Cheers to the women who brew, drink, serve and sell craft beer!

Last year, the women of WRB worked together to create and brew Ladies Who Brunch (Imperial Breakfast Stout) to be released on International Women's Day. Our goal was to champion and empower women both within and outside of our brewery. We wanted Ladies Who Brunch to be a fundraising platform to benefit a local Columbus non-profit that supported women in need. This is how we founded our partnership with YWCA Columbus, who received a portion of draft and bottle sales!

Approaching 2019 and year 2 of our International Women's Day brew, we knew we wanted to elevate our efforts. We already planned to re-brew Ladies Who Brunch, but also wanted to get creative and do something new. We finally settled on brewing Protégée, a Table Saison infused with strawberries. We figured: 2 beers, double the proceeds we'd be able to donate to YWCA Columbus (who we are partnering with again)! 50% of draft sales from both beers will be donated, along with 10% of bottle sales.
