Ever tried a sour or wild beer? Not all sour beers are created the same, nor are they all technically "sour" in taste. Please join us in our taproom on Saturday, March 10th from 10 am to 12 pm for a private symposium all about these wild brews! This class begins with an open forum and in-depth discussion on sour styles, their origins and the methods by which they are produced. Following this, guests will be guided through a tasting with a number of beers from our sour, oak barrel-aged collection!
We will conclude the class with a tour of our brewery, including our ever expanding sour program: The Mangrove. The class may end at 12, but everyone is invited to stay as the taproom opens to the public. Included with the ticket price is a token for a complimentary 10 oz beer from our taproom draft list!
